Refund & Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your new Margot & Henry Jewels piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@margotandhenryjewels.com, including your order number and the reason for the return. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Information

All approved returns must be shipped to our international fulfillment center.

Please note:

  • Returns sent to local or domestic sorting centers will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide detailed return instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers
  • Incorrectly ordered items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@margotandhenryjewels.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo or video of the item (if applicable)
  • Full shipping address
  • Phone number

In some cases, additional visual evidence may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

Processing Time for Returns

Returns are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. For non-defective items, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on all Margot & Henry Jewels pieces for issues related to manufacturing defects or material faults.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or care
  • Any post-purchase alterations

Changing or Canceling an Order

Orders may be changed or canceled within 30 minutes of placement by emailing contact@margotandhenryjewels.com with your order number.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 2% processing fee.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. If the refund does not appear after this period, please contact your payment provider directly.
